This wind-powered car built from scratch by a 55-year-old farmer could be the most eco-friendly vehicle on the planet. Taking only 90-days to design and construct and costing just £1,000 the ten-foot-long motor can reach an incredible top speed of 85 miles-per-hour. Power is generated when the car starts and stops, which is saved in a battery to be used to power the fan at the front of the machine. It's creator, Tang Zhenping from the Tongzhou district of Beijing hopes to collaborate with a major automotive manufacturer.
